Capitol Hill Urban Entry and Courtyard

 

This project was sparked by a property line dispute along the north fence line.

The client won the case and in doing so was given back the small portion of property on the fence line which allowed him new concrete wall and fence construciton for the the length of the property. We continued wit the design of the curved stone base under both turrets on the house, the new curved front porch with curved iron railining, a new driveway and custom garbage enclosure, the address is a steel box internally lit to illuminate the cut out address numbers.  A new low stone wall and stone patio, and stone walk were designed as well as a metal gate way inpired by the glass detail on the front door.
